Building the Black Middle Class with John Hope Bryant, Founder, Chairman, and CEO, Operation HOPE
Racial Equity & Economic Development
COVID-19 exposed inequitable access to health care, education, fair housing, and more. John Hope Bryant joins us again to discuss his efforts to help build the Black middle class in America.
John Hope Bryant is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of Operation HOPE. Founded in 1992 following the LA Riots, Operation HOPE provides financial empowerment services to low-income youth and adults.
Operation HOPE has aided over 4 million individuals worldwide, and directed more than $3.2 billion in economic activity for the disenfranchised—turning check-cashing customers into banking customers, renters into homeowners, small business dreamers into small business owners, and minimum wage workers into living wage consumers.
